Device Eligibility Guidelines
To run our optimized student apps and local edge server environment, we look for hardware that meets the following minimal guidelines:
Laptops & Desktops
Intel Core i3 or equivalent, 4GB RAM minimum, functioning Wi-Fi. (Will serve as local student terminals or lab machines).
Tablets
Android 9.0 or higher, 8-inch screen or larger. (Used for individual offline-first learning modules).
Our Donation Process
- 1. Form SubmissionFill out our contact form specifying device types, quantity, and approximate condition.
- 2. Technical ReviewOur logistics team will verify compatibility and coordinate shipping/pickup details.
- 3. Data SanitationWe perform a secure, certified factory reset and data wipe on all donated storage drives.
- 4. DeploymentDevices are loaded with the offline curriculum and shipped to active digital learning centers.

Do devices need to be new?
No, gently used or refurbished hardware is welcome as long as it meets our basic requirements and is fully functional.
Do you provide donation receipts?
Yes, as a registered NGO in India, we provide tax-deductible donation receipts and certificates of appreciation for corporate donors.
